1. Order Confirmation & Processing
After you place an order on our website, our call center team will contact you at the phone number provided to confirm the order, delivery address, size, and color.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after phone confirmation.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer delivery across Bangladesh. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are as follows:
Inside Dhaka City: 80.00৳
Narayanganj, Gazipur, Savar, Keraniganj: 100.00৳
Outside Dhaka (Rest of Bangladesh): 120.00৳
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Inside Dhaka City: 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
Outside Dhaka City: 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather conditions, political strikes, or public holidays.
4. Payment Method (Cash on Delivery)
We operate on a 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You do not need to pay any advance money. You will pay the total invoice amount (Product Price + Shipping Fee) directly to the delivery rider when you receive the product in your hands.
