You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if you are unhappy with the product for any reason.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be requested for return within 2 days of receiving it.
Due to the intimate nature of the products (innerwear/bras), items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or physical receipt/invoice from the delivery rider).

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Preference: If you are returning the product because you changed your mind or do not like the fit/style, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping or courier charges.
Defective/Wrong Item: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Inner Collection will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Since our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds cannot be issued back to a credit card. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to you via Mobile Banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad) or bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
